Usually a Kaan Pete Roi volunteer training takes place every month. The training is always on Friday and Saturday, the entire day (from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). To join as a volunteer, it is compulsory to participate in the above-mentioned training for the entirety of the two days.

Till now, our office is only in Dhaka. We hope we can spread to other cities but it is also true that it will take us time to realize this dream. However, you can do publicity by spreading the words from outside Dhaka as well.

All Kaan Pete Roi staff and volunteers have to come to our office to work. If it is not possible for you, you can do publicity by spreading the words so that we may try to help more people.

Kaan Pete Roi is a telephone centered service. We do not provide face to service. 

Anyone can call and talk to us.

If you call us, our trained volunteers will answer the call and will encourage you to talk. We vet our volunteers very carefully, and train them with a lot of care, so that you can feel at ease to speak. 

Kaan Pete Roi will never record your phone call and any conversation with you will not disclosed outside of the Kaan Pete Roi organization.

Normal call charges are applicable. Kaan Pete Roi does not financially benefit from call charges. 

At this time our service is completely phone focused. It would be very good if you can call our helpline. Our trained volunteers would listen to you carefully and will try to help you by staying with you.
